-exit at Emporia Exit #127
-enter Emporia on Hwy 50 (6th Ave) going east
-turn right (south) at 8th stoplight (6th & Commercial/Hwy 99)
-continue south on Hwy 99 for 2 1/2 miles
-turn right (west) at the top of the hill into the driveway
-address is on the mailbox and a big sign is in the yard
(a white house and garage is directly across the road from the ranch)

-take second Emporia exit - Exit #131 (Burlingame Road)
-turn left at stop sign (marked 12th Avenue)
-turn right at next stop sign onto 12th Avenue
-turn left (south) at first stoplight onto Commercial/Hwy 99
-continue south on Hwy 99 until reach edge of town, crossing Cottonwood River Bridge (about 18 blocks)
-continue south on Hwy 99 exactly 2 1/2 miles from bridge
-turn right (west) at the top of the hill into our driveway between two mailboxes with small wagon wheels
-1323 S Hwy 99is on the mailbox and a big sign is in the yard
